Work

Below you can find examples of the work I did in my most recent full-time position, my two internships, as well as some design projects I completed for course assignments while I was a student at UT.

Bumble

These are examples of campaigns I worked on during my time at Bumble. As an integrated marketing coordinator, my role on these campaigns included writing creative and media strategy briefs for both internal and external stakeholders, collecting and managing feedback from my team during planning processes, trafficking assets, and reporting on performance following campaign launches.

IBM

My IBM intern team conducted user experience testing to gain insight on how users in our target market interacted with our product’s existing web page, and how those interactions influence their purchasing decisions. We generated heat maps to identify the areas of the webpage that users interacted with the most, and we analyzed video recordings that featured users verbally explaining their actions as they interacted with the webpage. This allowed us to identify areas of the web page that featured content that users found confusing, which informed our strategy for improving content on the web page to better communicate the benefits of the new cloud and AI version of our product.
My team also researched and analyzed various market reports to gain a better understanding of IBM's market position, and we studied the product webpages of our top competitors in order to evaluate the digital buyer's journey for their offerings. We used our findings to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our offering in comparison to our top competitors, and inform our strategy for re-designing our own product web page in order to improve our buyer's journey.
We also conducted SEO and SEM research, analyzing both organic and paid search traffic. We identified the most important keywords for driving traffic, click-through-rates, and engagement for our product category. We used our findings to evaluate the effectiveness of our keyword usage and our spending on paid search advertisements in order to identify how our webpage and paid search spending could be optimized to improve search performance.

Austin
Technology Council

As an intern for ATC, I was responsible for managing social media campaigns. I wrote copy, strategically planned campaign timelines, and automated posts for a range of concurrent campaigns aimed at selling tickets for ATC-hosted events, driving traffic to ATC's webpage and blog, and engaging in topical discussions relevant to ATC's B2B tech-industry audience. During my time in this role, I was responsible for increasing Interactions by 149%, Shares by 136%, and Impressions by 142% across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
I created a suite of sales enablement materials outlining the sponsorship packages, business opportunities, and member benefits that ATC has to offer. I created these materials to provide the sales team with an effective and engaging way to present information to new leads in their efforts to drive growth and revenue by selling memberships and sponsorship packages.

Student Projects

As a student, I designed and animated motion graphics for several class assignments. These are some examples of motion graphics that I created for the class RTF – Digital Media Production, including loading screen, logo, and motion typography animations.

Created with Adobe Illustrator & After Effects.
I also created a variety of graphic design and illustration pieces for several courses. These are just a few of the many designs & illustrations that I created for assignments, including an ad mockup, a movie poster mockup, a social media graphic promoting a podcast, and two colorful illustrations.
